This home gym has quite a few good quality features to offer and are included with your PR3000 Home Gym. The no change pulley system will save you time during your workout, plus the 210 lbs of Power Rod Resistance is upgradeable to 310 lbs.
There are 4″ upholstered roller cushions for leg extension and leg curl, also included with the PR 3000 home gym are a Vertical bench press, Triple function hand grips for Lat Pull Down Triple function ankle cuff grips and a Workout Placard.

Things we did not like:
The professionals will probably need to purchase the additional resistance rods, not a big problem as they are easy to purchase from Bowflex or Amazon.
The system has the potential of being very quiet, although I am getting some grating sounds when the pulleys shift on the metal loops that attach them to the supports. I think a little strategically placed lithium grease will take care of it.

Amazon did a great job in every way, as usual. Delivering to the door and inside, so I didn’t have to contend with the 174lb box! The box was nicely packed and the instuctions were good enough. I did manage to assemble it myself, and didn’t see where it needed two; Just would make it a little easier and fun perhaps.
Thanks Bowflex and Amazon, and keep up the good work! for around a year and it’s showing no signs of wear.
My favorite part about this puppy is the convenience–you can do a large number of exercises without rearranging anything (from chest presses to leg lifts). Fortunately, it also takes up relatively little room. My arms are noticeably stronger than before I purchased it.
There are many powder-coated steel parts in this unit – everything fit together well, with no hole alignment issues. This unit provides enough flexibility to work all of the same muscle groups I used to work at the gym.
I was suprised at the quality of this equipment. The system of pulleys that the PR3000 uses operates very smooth and provides a good range of motion while exercising. The only change you have to make is with the weight stack and its a simple process. I highly recommend the PR3000 and give it 5 stars. It has exceeded my expectations. Even the wife is using it.
